Digital Home Advantage (DHA):
-Customer must pay a non-refundable, $99.00 activation fee
-Valid SSN required to pass a credit score and successfully credit card qualify, or valid ITIN.
-No equipment to buy
-Customer must purchase eligible residential programming for length of their service period
-No cancellation fee for discontinuing, equipment must be returned
-Equipment upgrade lease fees apply

Digital Home Advantage-24 (DHA-24):
-$99.00 activation fee is waived with 24 month term commitment
-Valid SSN required to pass a credit score and successfully credit card qualify, or valid ITIN.
-No equipment to purchase
-Customer must purchase eligible residential programming for length of their service period
-DISh Home Protection Plan (DHPP) free for 6 months w/commitment
-Equipment upgrade lease fees apply
-$420.00 canellation fee applies for early termination of DHA-24, prorated at $17.50 per remaining months
-Customers subscribing to a DISH America programming package or requiring an Eastern Arc equipment configuration, must at all times maintain only MPEG-4 receivers on their account

DHA TOO:
-$99.00 Activation Fee
-24 month term commitment required
-Valid SSN required
-Free standard professional installation for up to 4 televisions
-No equipment to buy
-DISH Home Protection Plan (DHPP) free for 9 months w/commitment
-Customer must purchase eligible residential programming for length of their service period
-Equipment upgrade lease fees apply
-Customer is required to pay all programming, activation fees, lease upgrade fees, one-time fees and taxes prior to installation and activation.
-$420.00 canellation fee applies for early termination of DHA TOO, prorated at $17.50 per remaining months
